ПРЕИСПИТИВАЊЕ ТЕОРИЈЕ И ПРАКСЕ НУКЛЕАРНОГ ОДВРАЋАЊА

Сажетак

Аутор анализира домете и ограничења теорије и стратегије нуклеарног одвраћања. У првом делу, бави се концеп­туализацијом и условима важења теорије. Модификацијом концепта рационалности и увођењем новог појма “конструисане рационалности”, аутор покушава да премости бројне теоријске апорије. Други део рада презентује правце мишљења на пољу нуклеарног одвраћања као и предлоге практичних политика проистеклих из основних ставова о про­блему. У трећем делу еклектичком методом комбиновања теоријског концепта и емпиријских налаза, аутор покуша­ва да увиди у којим случајевима нуклеарно одвраћање функционише. Циљ рада огледа се у преиспитивању и надградњи постојећег знања о нуклеарном одвраћању кроз откривање његовог правог места на скали од “стварности до илузије”.
