ИСТОЧНО ПАРТНЕРСТВО: ДОМЕТИ И ОГРАНИЧЕЊА

Сажетак

У раду се анализира генеза и развој Источног партнерства (ИП), као „специфичне димензије” тзв. Европске суседске политике (ЕСП). У којој мери је тзв. „трансформативна моћ” ЕУ делотворна када је реч о овој политици? Које су последице развоја ове политике, како за ЕУ, тако и за земље учеснице ове политике? Амбиција овог рада је да одговори на ова питања. У том циљу, анализа ће најпре бити усмерена на развој Источног партнерства као посебне политике ЕУ у оквиру Европске суседске политике, усмерене на шест држава пост-совјетског простора (Украјина, Молдавија, Грузија, Азербејџан, Јерменија, Белорусија). У другом делу рада, анализираће се улога Пољске у образовању и развоју Источног партнерства, имајући у виду кључну улогу Пољске у развоју „источне димензије” Европске суседске политике и образовању Источног партнерства. Коначно, указаће се на савремене изазове са којима се ова политика суочава. Закључује се да је трансформативна моћ ЕУ ограничена дубоким јазом између „старих” и „нових” држава чланица ЕУ око rationale и будућег развоја Источног партнерства.
