Сажетак

Предмет и проблем рада чинисагледавање руске војне интервенције у Украјини, почевши с погледом на историјски и политички контекст који је довео до сукоба, затим са освртом класичне и савремене геополитичке позиције Украјине, након чега се прелази на прокламоване циљеве ”специјалне војне операције” и њен ток. Циљ рада јесте сврставање сукоба у геополитички оквир и сагледавања геополитичких импликација које ће проузроковати, ослањајући се на теоријски приступ реализма. Резултати рада прогнозирају дубљу поларизацију нову блоковску поделу света, налик оној за време Хладног рата.
